How to tell when a reminder was sent

When you send a participant or rater a reminder to complete the assessment, the date will appear on the Participant or Rater details page. (Note that only some assessments, such as the EQ360, ELP, and DLP, use raters.)

 

To view the date the reminder was sent to the participant

  1. Locate the participant's listing on the Manage page.

  1. Click the participant's name.

    The Participant Details page appears.

  1. Look at the date displayed beside Last Reminder. If no date is displayed, that means that no reminder was ever sent.

 

 

 

To view the date the reminder was sent to a rater

  1. Locate the rater's listing on the Manage page.

  2. Click the rater's name.

    The Participant Details page appears.

  1. Click the Raters tab.

  2. Look at the date displayed in the Last Reminder column. If no date is displayed, that means that no reminder was ever sent.
