The Global Norm gives you the ability to score your group participants against data collected from 10,000 individuals, evenly proportioned by gender within four age intervals across five world regions (Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania).
Traditionally, norms are used to score client data against individuals in their respective region. However, for some countries, normative data may not yet have been collected. In such cases, the use of a global norm provides a valid comparison point no matter where the respondent is located.
Scenarios where the Global Norm would be useful include:
Assessing groups from regions where no current norm exists (e.g., Russia)
Comparing groups in an international organization (e.g., Latin American leaders compared to European leaders)
Facilitating international placement/relocation of employees or managers
Facilitating change management when comparing groups across organizations during international mergers
Benchmarking scores across international organizations for comparison and workshop facilitation
